1st roadshow today at amk blk 338.
Not fun at all lor.
Very hot, and so hard to do. (to mi)
Majority are old folks, don't take flyers.
Very few showed interest, and Martin still say roadshows are very effective.
The 2hrs crawled slowly. I dread the next session.

Spent some time with nelson, went with him to a closing in sengkang.
We talked so much in the car, and he is indeed different from what he is in the office.
The ride was smooth, was fantastic, and I got to know him alot more.
He's really a nice nice guy, can joke and get cheeky. Very nice to be with him.
Too bad he's married. Good guys are always taken la. Sad truth.

Ok, I saw how the closing of a rental is done. I still think not easy la, alot of things to say, to take note.
I'm afraid I might just be forgetful and missed out important details.
