Me: Hey chee keong, the address is 6 lorong ong lai. (actually didnt find anything funny about this street name la. although I know ong lai is pineapple.)
After talking for a few minutes..
Chee keong: Ok I confirm lorong ong lai beside lorong durian 1 la?
Me: LAUGH and LAUGH and LAUGH! (I thought he trying to be funny)
Chee Keong: No! Really got lorong durian! Beside lorong ong lai. Got lorong lychee also!
Me: Still LAUGHING and LAUGHING. Can't stop LAUGHING. Got rambutan?
Chee keong: Er don't have lorong rambutan. Got jalan rambutan.
Me: LAUGH LAUGH LAUGH.
I laugh until chee keong also can't help but laugh with me. Really funny la. I don't know got such street names. Laugh until tears came out. I forgot to ask got lorong papaya?


Wah. After so long they sent mi my april semester 2006 Director's List certificate.
They said it was presented after I left.
Nonetheless still glad I got it.
I've managed to be in the director's list since my 1st year except for 2nd semester 2006 when my health deterioated.
So my certificate collection had 1 sem missing.
Nvm. If I ever returned to school again, I'll strive to be back in the director list for my 3rd year.


Yay. Received my present from guang. So beautiful la! I simply love it. Looks expensive ler. Is it, guang? Anyway its hanging in its rightful place now haha. Thanks guang! =D

Fantastic. Learnt alot of things again.
1 of them seem to be the 'leader'. Cos always the 1 talking. And so he was named the 'Datuk'.
His story:
He closed a 3.6 million deal even before he finish the trainee course. (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
He's a new agent ok. Been in this line only 1.5 years. And he had closed properties summing up to 650 million in total.
Now, he only serve overseas buyers. Help them invest on properties here.
His monthly gross commission is 450k.
Er. We all just look upon him as 'God' like that la.
They told us: The shortcut way to become a millionaire is through real estate.

1 Went to sis house party. Brought pearlyn along. Had a nice catch up. She hasn't changed. =)
Sis didn't change too! Still as pretty as ever. Loves.

2 Feel quite helpless now. Flyers not done. Seem like can't do anything. I just don't like the idea of calling. And so lazy to do CMA for roadshows. Argh!! BISH.

3 Felt bro still treating mi quite coldly. I don't like it.

4 Sherry, martin and nelson is back. Everything seem back on track with them around.

5 Oh NANS class is really good. I listened until no time to feel sleepy haha. We formed our team. I'm the secretary. Roland been nice so far. Hope he doesn't change. =p

6 1 last thing v impt. I spent alot of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And some of it is like really throwing away the money. Shit.

Yesterday went 1st round of viewing tours with bro and his mum.
Wah, 1st time experience. Got to meet the famous Elaine Lee.
Bro say huan dao zui zui zui. Haha really seems like. Rows of cars travelling together.
Today we went again. When we saw Elaine again, wow, thirty people viewing a unit.
Look at her business. Her circle of clients. Only on a sun. Can you imagine how much she earned?? Esp she served sellers. 2% commission.
Anyway, viewing house can be tiring ler. Though nice to look at ppl houses. Mostly very nicely done up.
Feel my house like shit compare to them haha.

Talking abt birthday present...this year only received 2 presents - a pair of earrings from fen and the one from guang.
Since this is my blog, let me be truthful k.
Frankly, I'm abit sad. The number of presents.
And no celebration. No candles to blow.

Yet this year I spent it alone, cut and ate a cake myself.
Ok, at least nelson bring mi go eat beancurd and sent mi home lo.
