Yay. Received my present from guang. So beautiful la! I simply love it. Looks expensive ler. Is it, guang? Anyway its hanging in its rightful place now haha. Thanks guang! =D

He closed a 3.6 million deal even before he finish the trainee course. (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
He's a new agent ok. Been in this line only 1.5 years. And he had closed properties summing up to 650 million in total.
Now, he only serve overseas buyers. Help them invest on properties here.
His monthly gross commission is 450k.
Er. We all just look upon him as 'God' like that la.
