Had a short 1st time talk with Kevin, a new personal trainer I just made friend with.
Nice guy! He also encouraged me. At that point in time, I suddenly felt so fortunate to have so many nice people around me. hehe. =)
beside the point, kevin is good looking haha. =p

Everyone seem to think that I'm very free!!!
OMG. This is bad man.
My goal from monday onwards is to get busy everyday!
Be motivated! Don't be afraid! Just do it! On the gear! GO!

Went sitex fair today alone lor. See I got no friends. =(
Asked so many people until I oso tired.

1 part empathy
Method:
Add to a cocktail shaker and mix vigorously. Serve with a slice of lustfulness and a pinch of salt. Yum!
