Whew. Today is a panicky day. Whole day mind is full of thoughts.
Actually its good. I rather everyday like this. But my 'weak' heart can't take it for very long. Haha.

The buyer for Joo Seng Warehouse called, and asked for some things.
1st, 'scolded' by the owner.
Then have to call management office, NEA - which refer me to ACRA - which refer me to URA - which then refer me back to NEA. Made alot of calls in the morning la. Until luan.
But up till now, still pending. Cos can't reach anyone lor. And they are government offices. Quite disappointed ler. Think quite impossible to close this deal.

Then, finally a call for today advertisement. Times are bad ar.
Serious buyer, served him for viewing.
Stressed! Panic! Scared!
Wah. Cos 1st time mah. And things are not perfectly smooth but still ok, thanks to nice buyer. =)

1 nice thing that happened today.
Mum called my hp in the morning.
"Darling, you at home? What you doing? Wish you have a nice day ok."
That's the sweetest lor. Don't you think?
