Yea its the 1st day of 2008!
(also duno why so excited la. Cos everyone like so high about beginning of a new yr so I oso high lor)
I shan't talk about resolutions first. Partly becos its always just SAY, in d end oso neva achieve anything. I wana talk about yesterday countdown!
It was really fun. I went to see the fireworks, and I tell you its really nice. Cannot compare with national day tat kind. So I reckon that once a yr, its ok to just go squeeze with the people, its for d atmosphere.
But then, indians are everywhere! Everywhere! They created havoc, purposely. And made lotsa noise, for the fun of it. Its really stupid, and they acted like they never seen fireworks before. And I tell you, I squeeze until I wana vomit from people sweaty smell + indian smell. *yuke*
After that, I went to watch I am Legend! Nice. I thought I would be tired, but no. Throughout I was so jing shen haha.
Ok, so who did I went out with yesterday? Wei ming, haha. 1 thing I must say, he's really a gentleman. From the moment we stepped into esplanade, he had his arms around me to make sure I wasn't being touched or pushed. I think his arms also quite tired in that position la. And when people pushed, its his arms that suffer.
He was so tired and slpy, but didnt give those 'yao si' look. He helped us to hail cab before he went back. And he really go all the way out to hail, stepped into the road in case those cabby didn't see us. Which I think, the attitude is like going all the way out to get smthg done.
Throughout that 9hrs, we chatted alot. Found out we had quite some things which are alike. He's a really nice guy yes. And with a very good sense of direction.
